Description

This 8 GB Crucial DDR5 RAM has a maximum clock frequency of 5600 MHz, complemented by CL 46 latency.

This memory module has no RGB backlight and its cooler colour is Melna,Bez dzesētāja (Heatsink).

8 GB will be sufficient for everyday tasks such as web browsing, email, word processing and multimedia consumption. For serious gaming and graphics work, we recommend 16 GB or more.

This RAM shall operate with CL 46 data latency.

This RAM is equipped with the most advanced DDR5 memory type, which offers significant performance improvements over DDR4.

This memory module features XMP or "Extreme Memory Profile" technology for both DDR4 and DDR5 memory overclocking.

AMD EXPO technology, which is featured in this memory, simplifies overclocking, allows for extra performance and provides the best compatibility with AMD processors.

TheJEDEC specification specifies that DDR5 memory can operate at clock frequencies up to 4800 MHz. Make sure your system board supports overclocking if you want to use it to get the manufacturer's specified 5600 MHz memory speed.

The QVL (Memory Compatibility List) of the most popular manufacturers is available here.

Basic information
Capacity 8 GB

Memory capacity in Megabytes.

The modern operating systems require 1Gb or more RAM for ensuring stable and fast computer operation. At least 2Gb RAM is required for using MS Windows 7 (64 bit) for ensuring full functionality.
For dual memory support it is necessary to install pairs of memory where both memory modules are of equal capacity.

The type of RAM. Only one type of RAM modules can be used in one motherboard.

Parameter standards:

*Prior to buying the RAM you should verify whether the motherboard has a corresponding memory slot and the support for the relevant type of memory.

CL - the delay of memory cycles in miliseconds. It is recommendable to place identical CL memories in one motherboard. A lower CL time means higher operation speed, however, not all the motherboards can ensure stable operation with high-speed memories. Prior to buying the memory you should verify whether the motherboard supports the CL time that you have selected. The maximum high-speed of the memory in Megahertz. The memory of a higher clock frequency ensures stable operation under a lower clock frequency mode, for example, DDRII800 memory will operate under the DDRII667 and DDRII533 modes. However, when DDRII667 is installed together with DDRII800 memory the motherboard will display and operate in DDRII667 mode. Prior to buying a high-speed memory you should verify whether the motherboard supports the corresponding clock frequency (speed).

Description - Crucial 8GB DDR5-5600 UDIMM Faster load times and file transfers Crucial DDR5 Desktop Memory can empower your computer to transfer 50% more data than DDR4 at launch, resulting in faster load times, file transfers, downloads, refresh rates and less lag time5. Due to higher bus efficiency, DDR5 technology is not just faster than the previous generation, it’s better1. More responsive multitasking Crucial DDR5 offers 50% faster speeds than DDR4 at launch4, empowering users with extreme performance right out of the box. Even more impressive, Crucial DDR5 is optimized for enhanced performance and multitasking, not just during testing, but in real-world conditions. Opening more browser tabs and switching between apps now feels more responsive than ever. Extreme innovation for stable performance Crucial DDR5 takes an extreme step forward in engineering over the previous generation with two independent 32-bit channels per module for optimized performance7. Designed with on-die ECC (ODECC)8 at the component level for long-term stability, Crucial DDR5 is engineered to maintain the same reliability as the previous generation, even with the rigorous demands of next-gen computing. Optimized power efficiency For improved efficiency and stability, Crucial DDR5 introduces on-module voltage regulation with a power management integrated circuit (PMIC), which was on the motherboard with older memory technologies7. This results in improved signaling and cleaner power for the modules (DIMMs). Moreover, DDR5’s on-module operating voltage is only 1.1V compared to DDR4’s 1.2V. Micron quality – tested reliability you can trust As the vertically integrated consumer brand of Micron, Crucial is trusted by millions for reliability, performance, and compatibility. Unlike module assemblers, our unique relationship with Micron involves a deeper level of engineering collaboration to squeeze every ounce of performance from our products without compromising reliability. With Micron’s 43+ years of manufacturing excellence and Crucial’s 25+ years of consumer product development, Crucial DDR5 is backed by our limited lifetime warranty9 and delivers the powerful performance you can trust. When it comes to memory, don’t settle for less.
